Terms & Conditions

EFFECTIVE DATE

LAST UPDATED

These Terms & Conditions explain how Storeeboard commissions work, including orders, payments, revisions, production, delivery, cancellations, refunds, intellectual property and customer responsibilities. By placing an order or confirming a commission, you agree to the terms that apply to your project.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Storeeboard’s services and any commission, purchase, order or transaction made with Storeeboard.

Please read them carefully before placing an order.

By confirming an order, making a required payment, or otherwise expressly accepting these Terms through our website or approved ordering process, you agree to be bound by them.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Ghanaian law.

1. About Storeeboard

“Storeeboard”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Storeeboard.

Storeeboard creates personalised artwork by interpreting stories, photographs, memories, people, places, experiences and other materials supplied or approved by customers.

These Terms govern commissions, purchases and related transactions carried out with Storeeboard.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

You must have an opportunity to review these Terms before completing an electronic transaction with Storeeboard.

Our checkout, commissioning or order-confirmation process may require you to confirm that you have read and agree to Storeeboard’s Terms & Conditions and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

You may save, print or otherwise retain a copy of these Terms.

Before an electronic order is finally submitted, Storeeboard will provide a reasonable opportunity for you to identify and correct relevant order information and, where applicable, withdraw from the transaction before concluding it.

3. Definitions

For these Terms:

A “Commission” means a custom artwork project undertaken by Storeeboard.

“Customer Materials” means photographs, stories, text, names, dates, voice notes, documents, logos, reference images, likenesses and any other material supplied by or on behalf of the customer.

A “Concept” means an initial creative interpretation or direction prepared for a Commission.

A “Proof” means any visual preview supplied for customer review before final production.

A “Revision” means an alteration requested to an existing proposed or approved creative direction rather than an entirely new concept.

“Final Artwork” means the completed artwork approved or produced for the customer.

A “Recognizable Figure” means a person intended to be identifiable in the artwork.

“Printed Artwork” means artwork reproduced by printing onto the agreed material.

“Painted Artwork” means artwork produced or reproduced substantially through a hand-painted process.

“Order Confirmation” includes the final quotation, invoice, project summary or electronic confirmation specifying the individual project.

“Business Day” means a working day in Ghana excluding weekends and applicable public holidays.

4. Eligibility and Authority

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order with Storeeboard.

If you place an order for another person, an organisation, a business or as a gift, you represent that you have the authority reasonably necessary to place the order and provide any Customer Materials supplied for the project.

5. Nature of Storeeboard’s Service

Storeeboard provides artistic interpretation, not documentary reproduction.

Our purpose is to translate stories, memories, photographs, experiences and ideas into artwork using creative judgment.

Unless Storeeboard expressly agrees otherwise in writing, a Commission does not guarantee a photographic, historical or literal reconstruction of every detail supplied by the customer.

Symbolism, composition, atmosphere, colour, scale, visual metaphor and other creative decisions may be used to communicate the meaning of a story.

The fact that a customer might personally interpret a story differently does not, by itself, mean that the artwork is defective or that Storeeboard has failed to perform its obligations.

6. Portfolio Examples Are Illustrative

Artwork shown on Storeeboard’s website, social media, advertising or portfolio demonstrates the character and capabilities of our work.

Previous work is not a guarantee that another Commission will look identical.

Every Commission may differ because of its story, source material, medium, artist, creative process and customer instructions.

7. Quotations and Order Formation

A quotation is based on the information available when it is issued.

The validity period of a quotation, where applicable, will be stated on that quotation.

A quotation does not reserve production capacity indefinitely.

A binding Commission is formed when Storeeboard accepts the customer’s order and any required initial payment or other specified commencement condition has been satisfied.

Storeeboard may decline an order before acceptance.

The Order Confirmation should identify the principal specifications applying to the Commission, including the artwork type, size, medium, recognizable figures where relevant, timeline, included revisions, framing, price and delivery arrangement.

8. Scope of Work

Only work expressly included in the Order Confirmation is included in the agreed price.

Requests introduced after the scope has been agreed may constitute additional work.

This may include substantially changing the story, replacing principal reference photographs, adding recognizable persons, changing dimensions, changing from printed to painted artwork, changing orientation, requesting a new concept after concept approval or substantially altering an approved composition.

Storeeboard may quote additional charges and revise the production schedule before carrying out additional work.

9. Pricing

Storeeboard’s prices may depend on factors including artwork complexity, size, medium, printing or painting, framing, number of recognizable figures, specialist processing, production timeline, revisions, delivery and other project-specific requirements.

Recognizable figures may require additional processing and may therefore attract an additional charge per person.

Painted work may cost more than printed work because of the additional production requirements involved.

Priority and Rush timelines may carry additional charges.

The price applicable to a specific Commission will be stated in its quotation or Order Confirmation.

Where applicable, delivery charges, taxes and other mandatory fees will be disclosed before completion of the transaction.

10. Payments

Storeeboard may require an initial payment, deposit or full payment before work begins.

For each order, the amount required to commence the project will be identified in the quotation or Order Confirmation.

Unless otherwise agreed, Storeeboard is not required to commence or continue work while an amount that has fallen due remains unpaid.

Customers should use only approved Storeeboard payment channels.

Storeeboard will never require customers to disclose confidential PINs, passwords or similar secret authentication credentials.

11. Deposits and Commencement Payments

Where a deposit or commencement payment is required, it reserves production capacity and may also contribute towards creative work, administration and third-party costs incurred for the Commission.

Once work begins, part or all of that payment may become committed to work already performed or costs already incurred.

Any amount retained following cancellation will be determined consistently with these Terms, the stage reached in the Commission and applicable law.

Use of the word “deposit” does not override any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Customer Materials

Customers may provide Storeeboard with photographs, stories, written descriptions, voice notes, documents, artwork references and other materials required to complete a Commission.

Customers retain whatever rights they already own in those materials.

By providing Customer Materials, the customer grants Storeeboard a limited licence to copy, edit, adapt, process, transmit and otherwise use those materials to the extent reasonably necessary to quote, develop, revise, produce, fulfil, administer and deliver the Commission.

This licence does not automatically give Storeeboard permission to publish private Customer Materials for advertising or portfolio purposes.

13. Customer Warranties

By supplying material to Storeeboard, you represent that you have the right or authority reasonably necessary to provide it and instruct Storeeboard to use it for the Commission.

You must not knowingly provide material in a manner that unlawfully infringes another person’s copyright, privacy, personality rights or other legal rights.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you specifically instruct Storeeboard to reproduce, including names, dates, quotations or factual statements, is accurate.

Storeeboard may refuse to use Customer Materials where we reasonably believe their use may be unlawful, misleading, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.

14. Photographs and Recognizable People

Where a Commission includes a recognizable person, Storeeboard may use photographs and other reference material to develop that likeness.

The customer is responsible for having any authority or permission reasonably required to submit third-party photographs or likenesses.

Storeeboard does not guarantee mathematically or photographically exact facial reproduction unless such a requirement is expressly agreed.

Recognizability may be affected by image quality, angle, lighting, expression, available reference material, artistic style, production method and the nature of the Commission.

15. Minors

Where Customer Materials include identifiable children or other minors, the customer represents that they have the necessary parental, guardian or other lawful authority where required.

Storeeboard may impose additional restrictions on the use or publication of artwork depicting minors.

Purchasing artwork depicting a child does not automatically authorise Storeeboard to use the child’s likeness in advertising, social media or public portfolio material.

16. Digital and AI-Assisted Creative Processes

Storeeboard may use digital or AI-assisted technologies during concept creation, visualisation, image generation, compositing, editing, retouching, enhancement, face processing or other stages of production.

Storeeboard may also use specialist freelancers or production providers.

These methods form part of Storeeboard’s production process and do not by themselves entitle the customer to Storeeboard’s prompts, internal workflow, editable files, production techniques or proprietary processes.

Use of customer information through such systems remains subject to Storeeboard’s Privacy Policy.

17. Subcontractors and Creative Specialists

Storeeboard may engage artists, painters, illustrators, retouchers, face-processing specialists, printers, framers, photographers, production partners and other suitable third parties where reasonably required to complete a Commission.

The customer authorises Storeeboard to subcontract portions of the work where appropriate.

Storeeboard remains responsible for its own contractual obligations to the extent required by applicable law.

18. Concepts

Concepts are preliminary creative directions and should not be treated as completed artwork.

Unless otherwise stated in the Order Confirmation, Storeeboard may determine the number and nature of initial concepts presented.

A request for a substantially different concept after the customer has selected or approved a direction may be treated as additional work rather than an ordinary revision.

19. Revisions

The Order Confirmation will state the number of revision rounds included in the agreed price.

A Revision means a reasonable change within the agreed concept and scope.

A Revision does not include an entirely new artwork direction, replacement of the principal story, significant addition of new persons or elements, changing medium or dimensions, or recreating substantial portions of previously approved work.

Additional revisions may be charged separately.

20. Customer Review

The customer must carefully review each Proof.

Before final approval, the customer should verify the composition, recognizable figures, orientation, spelling, names, dates, written text and any other detail important to the customer.

Storeeboard remains responsible for agreed work, but the customer is also responsible for identifying visible changes required before approving the Proof.

21. Final Approval

Once a customer expressly approves a Proof for final production, Storeeboard is entitled to rely on that approval.

Approval may be recorded through our website, email, agreed order system or another communication channel clearly indicating approval.

After Final Approval, further changes may incur additional charges and may no longer be possible once physical production has begun.

A visible feature specifically approved by the customer does not ordinarily become a production defect merely because the customer later changes their preference.

This does not affect customer rights where Storeeboard produces something materially different from the approved Proof.

22. Production Timelines

Storeeboard currently offers the following general production categories:

Standard: approximately 2–3 weeks.
Priority: approximately 1–2 weeks.
Rush: targeted completion within 1 week.

The specific timeline applicable to an order will be stated in the Order Confirmation.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, a production period begins only when Storeeboard has received the required payment, all reasonably required Customer Materials and information, and any approval necessary to begin the applicable stage.

23. Estimates and Guaranteed Dates

A timeline described as “estimated”, “approximately”, “targeted” or similar language is an estimate and not an absolute guaranteed delivery date.

Where Storeeboard expressly agrees in writing to a guaranteed deadline, that commitment will be identified as such.

Rush or Priority fees purchase accelerated scheduling and production effort; they do not eliminate events outside Storeeboard’s reasonable control.

24. Customer-Caused Delays

Production or delivery timelines may be extended where progress is delayed because the customer does not provide required information, photographs, approvals, payments, delivery details or responses within a reasonable period.

Storeeboard is not responsible for a deadline missed to the extent that the delay was materially caused by the customer.

25. Printed Artwork

Colours displayed on phones, computers and other screens may differ slightly from colours in physical prints because of screen calibration, brightness, printing methods, inks, paper, canvas, surface texture and ambient lighting.

Reasonable variations of this nature are inherent in physical reproduction and do not automatically constitute defects.

Storeeboard will nevertheless aim to produce work materially consistent with the approved artwork and agreed specifications.

26. Painted Artwork

Painted artwork involves human artistic execution.

Brushwork, paint texture, colour mixing, line characteristics and small compositional differences may therefore vary from a digital Concept or Proof.

Reasonable variations characteristic of hand-produced work should not be treated as defects where the finished piece remains materially consistent with the approved creative direction.

27. Frames and Physical Materials

Physical materials may contain reasonable natural or manufacturing variation.

If an agreed frame, material or component becomes unavailable, Storeeboard may propose a reasonably equivalent alternative.

Where a substitution would materially change the appearance or value of the Commission, Storeeboard will seek customer approval before proceeding where reasonably practicable.

28. Intellectual Property in Customer Materials

Customers do not transfer ownership of pre-existing photographs, writings, logos or other Customer Materials merely by providing them to Storeeboard.

Rights in those materials remain with their respective owners.

The customer’s licence to Storeeboard is limited as described in these Terms.

29. Intellectual Property in Storeeboard Artwork

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, copyright and other economic intellectual-property rights in artwork, concepts and creative material created by Storeeboard or on Storeeboard’s behalf remain with Storeeboard unless a separate written agreement or the Order Confirmation expressly transfers specified rights to the customer.

Where applicable law establishes a different default position for commissioned works, the parties expressly agree that the allocation of rights stated in these Terms will apply to the fullest extent legally permitted.

Where an individual creator has moral rights that cannot lawfully be transferred or waived, those rights remain subject to applicable law.

30. Customer Licence to the Final Artwork

Upon full payment, and unless the Order Confirmation provides otherwise, Storeeboard grants the customer a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to possess and display the Final Artwork for the personal, gifting, interior-display or other non-commercial purpose contemplated by the Commission.

Where artwork is commissioned specifically for display by a business, hotel, office or other commercial premises, the licence includes display for the agreed premises or purpose.

Customers may also photograph and share the Final Artwork for ordinary personal or non-commercial social use.

Unless expressly licensed in writing, customers may not reproduce the artwork for commercial merchandise, sell reproductions, commercially license it to third parties, materially adapt it for commercial use, use it as another business’s logo or brand identity, or otherwise commercially exploit the artwork beyond the purpose agreed in the Commission.

Broader commercial rights or a copyright assignment may be separately negotiated.

31. Physical Ownership Is Different From Copyright

Ownership of the physical framed, printed or painted object does not by itself transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

A customer may possess, display, gift or otherwise deal with the physical artwork subject to applicable law, while intellectual-property rights remain governed by these Terms.

32. Drafts, Concepts and Working Files

Unless expressly included in an Order Confirmation, payment for the Final Artwork does not include ownership or delivery of source files, editable files, prompts, production files, intermediate renders, unused concepts, rejected concepts, internal notes, templates, working documents or proprietary production methods.

These remain Storeeboard’s materials or the materials of the relevant rights holder.

33. Portfolio and Promotional Use

Storeeboard’s ownership or licence rights in artwork do not automatically override its privacy commitments.

Private customer photographs, stories and identifiable commissioned artwork will not automatically be published merely because Storeeboard created the Commission.

Where Storeeboard wants to use identifiable commissioned material in its portfolio, website, social media, advertising, exhibitions or other marketing, separate permission may be requested in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Customers may decline promotional permission without losing access to Storeeboard’s ordinary commissioning services.

34. Cancellation by the Customer

Because Storeeboard’s commissions are customised, cancellation rights depend significantly on the stage reached.

Before work has begun, Storeeboard may refund amounts paid less any lawful, clearly disclosed and non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred.

After concept or production work has begun, Storeeboard may retain a reasonable amount corresponding to work already carried out and non-recoverable costs or commitments already incurred, subject to applicable law.

After Final Approval, or once printing, painting, framing or another irreversible custom-production stage has begun, change-of-mind cancellation may no longer be accepted.

Once a customised physical product has been completed substantially according to the customer’s specifications and approved scope, it cannot ordinarily be returned merely because the customer later changes their preference.

These provisions remain subject to mandatory consumer rights.

35. Refunds

Refund requests will be assessed according to the reason for the request, project stage, amount of work completed, third-party costs incurred, whether custom physical production has begun and the customer’s applicable statutory rights.

A change of personal taste after approval does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

Where Storeeboard produces an item materially inconsistent with the approved specification, delivers the wrong item, or supplies work affected by a genuine defect attributable to Storeeboard, Storeeboard will assess an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances, that remedy may include correction, repair, replacement, re-performance or refund.

36. Non-Refundable Third-Party Costs

Where legally permitted, Storeeboard may deduct or retain costs already irreversibly paid or committed specifically for a cancelled Commission, such as specialist processing, custom framing or production costs.

Storeeboard will not use this provision to retain sums that applicable law requires to be refunded.

37. Defective, Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If a completed order arrives materially damaged, defective or materially different from the approved specification, contact Storeeboard as soon as reasonably possible.

Storeeboard may ask for photographs or video showing the artwork, packaging and relevant damage or discrepancy so that the matter can be investigated.

Customers should retain damaged packaging until Storeeboard confirms that it is no longer required.

Claims will be assessed by distinguishing genuine defects or non-conformity from the reasonable artistic and production variations described in these Terms.

Nothing in this section removes statutory rights that apply regardless of notification timing.

38. Delivery

Available delivery options, charges and estimated timing will be communicated before or during Order Confirmation.

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, telephone number, map location where requested and reasonable access instructions.

Storeeboard is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery to the extent materially caused by incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.

Additional reasonable charges may apply where redelivery is necessary because the recipient was unavailable or incorrect information was supplied.

39. Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after the artwork has been completed and released for delivery. They are separate from production timelines unless Storeeboard expressly states otherwise.

Courier estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

Storeeboard will take reasonable steps to assist where a shipment is delayed or lost.

40. Transfer of Responsibility

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, responsibility for the physical artwork passes to the customer or designated recipient when it is successfully delivered or collected.

This does not remove responsibility Storeeboard may have for defects that existed before delivery.

41. Collection

Where customer collection is available, Storeeboard may require order confirmation, identification or another reasonable verification method before releasing artwork.

A person collecting on behalf of the customer must be appropriately authorised.

42. Uncollected Artwork

Storeeboard may contact customers where completed artwork remains uncollected.

If artwork remains uncollected for an extended period despite reasonable notice, Storeeboard may charge reasonable storage costs where those costs have been disclosed in advance.

Any eventual disposal or other treatment of long-abandoned property will only occur in accordance with applicable law.

43. International Orders

Where Storeeboard accepts international delivery, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination jurisdiction unless Storeeboard expressly agrees otherwise.

Customs and border processing may cause delays outside Storeeboard’s reasonable control.

44. Gift Orders

Where artwork is purchased as a gift, the purchaser remains the contracting customer unless Storeeboard expressly agrees otherwise.

The purchaser is responsible for supplying correct recipient and delivery information and for having appropriate authority to provide any personal materials used in the Commission.

45. Storeeboard’s Right to Refuse or Suspend Work

Storeeboard may refuse, suspend or cancel a Commission where reasonably necessary, including where requested work appears unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, deceptive or abusive; where necessary Customer Materials or payment are not supplied; where continuing would create unreasonable safety or legal risks; or where Storeeboard is unable to perform the Commission.

Where Storeeboard cancels for reasons not caused by customer breach, the customer will receive an appropriate refund for any paid portion of the service not provided, subject to applicable law.

Where cancellation results from a material customer breach after work has begun, Storeeboard may retain amounts lawfully attributable to work performed and costs incurred.

46. Abusive or Threatening Conduct

Storeeboard may restrict communications, require communications to move to a written channel, or terminate a service relationship where a customer engages in threats, harassment, unlawful conduct or serious abuse toward Storeeboard personnel, artists, contractors or delivery partners.

Any financial consequences of termination remain subject to applicable law and work already performed.

47. Third-Party Services

Storeeboard may depend on third parties for payment processing, printing, framing, logistics, cloud infrastructure, creative processing and other services.

Storeeboard is not responsible for independent third-party services outside its reasonable control to the extent permitted by law.

This provision does not allow Storeeboard to avoid responsibility that applicable law places on Storeeboard for fulfilling its own contractual obligations.

48. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Storeeboard will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control to the extent permitted by law.

Such events may include significant transportation disruption, natural disaster, fire, widespread technical outage, civil disruption, government restriction, substantial supply interruption or comparable events.

Where such an event materially affects a Commission, Storeeboard may extend the relevant timetable and will communicate with the customer where reasonably practicable.

If performance ultimately becomes impossible, termination and refund rights will be handled according to applicable law.

49. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to that principle and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Storeeboard will not be liable for purely indirect, incidental or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was entered into.

Where liability may lawfully be limited and arises directly from a particular Commission, Storeeboard’s aggregate contractual liability in respect of that Commission will not exceed the total amount paid to Storeeboard for the affected Commission, except where applicable law requires a greater remedy.

This limitation does not apply where enforcing it would unlawfully restrict a mandatory consumer right.

50. Customer Responsibility for Unauthorised Materials

To the extent permitted by law, where a third-party claim arises directly because a customer knowingly or negligently supplied material they had no authority to provide or instructed Storeeboard to make a use they had no authority to authorise, the customer may be responsible for reasonable losses or liabilities resulting from that breach.

This provision applies only to loss attributable to the customer’s breach and does not protect Storeeboard from its own unlawful conduct.

51. Website Information and Errors

Storeeboard aims to ensure that website information, descriptions and prices are accurate.

We may correct obvious typographical, technical or pricing errors.

Where an obvious error materially affects an order before acceptance, Storeeboard may correct the information and give the customer the opportunity to proceed on the corrected basis or cancel.

Once a contract has been concluded, Storeeboard will not use this provision to make arbitrary retrospective price changes.

52. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discounts or promotional codes may have their own eligibility requirements, expiry dates or limitations.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.

A promotion does not alter an already completed order unless it expressly states that it applies retrospectively.

53. Privacy

Storeeboard processes personal information in accordance with its separate Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how photographs, personal stories, likenesses, delivery information and other personal information may be collected, used, shared, stored and protected.

Acceptance of these Terms does not automatically constitute consent to unrelated marketing or unrestricted publicity use of private Customer Materials.

54. Complaints

If something goes wrong, customers should contact Storeeboard through the official contact channels provided on the website or through an established communication channel relating to their order.

Where possible, include the relevant order or project details and a clear description of the issue.

Storeeboard will aim to investigate complaints fairly and may request supporting information where reasonably necessary.

A customer’s statutory right to seek relief from an appropriate regulator, court or other legally available forum is not removed by this internal complaint procedure.

55. Dispute Resolution

The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith written communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the parties may agree to attempt mediation or another suitable form of alternative dispute resolution before commencing court proceedings.

Nothing in this provision prevents either party from seeking urgent legal relief where necessary or exercising a mandatory statutory right.

56. Governing Law

These Terms, each Commission and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, subject to any mandatory law that applies otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude a protection that Ghanaian law makes mandatory.

57. Jurisdiction

Subject to any applicable right to pursue another legally available forum, disputes requiring court determination may be brought before courts of competent jurisdiction in Ghana.

58. Electronic Communications and Approvals

Customers agree that Storeeboard may communicate electronically in connection with a Commission.

Email, Storeeboard’s website or order system, and other specifically agreed written electronic channels may be used to transmit quotations, Proofs, revision instructions, approvals, invoices and project communications.

Storeeboard may retain electronic records of those communications as evidence of instructions and approvals.

An ambiguous casual message or reaction does not necessarily constitute Final Approval. Storeeboard may request explicit written confirmation before irreversible production begins.

59. Records

Storeeboard may retain Order Confirmations, invoices, payment records, approvals, revision history, delivery records and related contractual communications for legitimate business, accounting, legal and dispute-resolution purposes in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

60. Assignment and Subcontracting

Storeeboard may subcontract performance of portions of a Commission as described in these Terms.

Storeeboard may not transfer customer obligations to another person in a way that unlawfully reduces the customer’s rights.

Customers may not transfer a Commission to another contracting party without Storeeboard’s consent where doing so would materially affect the work, Customer Materials, rights or obligations involved.

61. Entire Agreement

The agreement between the customer and Storeeboard consists of these Terms, the applicable Order Confirmation or quotation, any expressly incorporated project specifications and any later written variation agreed between the parties.

Statements not incorporated into those materials will not override the written agreement merely because they appeared in preliminary discussions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

62. Order of Precedence

If two contractual documents genuinely conflict, the following priority applies unless expressly agreed otherwise:

A later written project variation specifically agreed by both parties takes priority over the applicable Order Confirmation.

The Order Confirmation takes priority over these general Terms.

These Terms apply to matters not specifically altered by those other documents.

This allows individual Commissions to differ from Storeeboard’s standard terms without unnecessary uncertainty.

63. Severability

If a court or competent authority determines that part of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or severed to the minimum extent necessary where legally possible.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

64. No Waiver

If Storeeboard or the customer does not immediately enforce a contractual right, that does not necessarily mean the right has been permanently waived.

A waiver must be clear and applies only to the circumstances for which it is given.

65. Changes to These Terms

Storeeboard may update these Terms from time to time for future transactions.

The version applicable to an existing Commission is ordinarily the version accepted when that Commission was formed, together with any later amendment specifically agreed between Storeeboard and the customer.

Publishing updated Terms on the website does not by itself retrospectively rewrite an already concluded order.

66. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as removing any consumer protection, cancellation right, refund entitlement, remedy or other right that applicable law does not permit Storeeboard to exclude.

Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection, the mandatory protection will prevail to the extent required by law.

67. Contact Storeeboard

Questions concerning these Terms, a Commission, cancellation, refund, delivery or complaint may be directed to Storeeboard through the official contact information and communication channels published on our website.

Where you already have an active Commission or established conversation with Storeeboard, you may also contact us through that communication channel.
